Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 August 2026 Entity: Eridyne Inc. Contact: legal@eridyne.com
1. Overview
This policy explains what personal information Eridyne (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide via the contact form. If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, company, and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or build profiles. We do not operate a database of website submissions. Your contact-form message reaches us as an email (see “How your submission is handled”).
3. How your submission is handled
When you submit the contact form: - A bot-verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile) confirms the submission is from a person. It uses only the signals necessary for that purpose and does not track you across sites. - A server function verifies that check and forwards your submission to us by email via a transactional email provider. We do not store the submission in a database.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and deliver your message: - [HOSTING/CDN, e.g. Cloudflare] hosts the site, provides security (including bot verification), and may process technical data such as IP address for security and delivery. - [TRANSACTIONAL EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Resend] delivers your contact-form submission to us by email, and may briefly process the submission for that purpose. - [ANALYTICS, e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics] provides aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement (see the Cookie Notice).
Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function. [Confirm each provider’s role and data-handling with counsel; link their terms if required.]
5. Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views and general location). It does not use cookies to track you and does not identify you personally. See the Cookie Notice for details.
6. Legal basis for processing (if applicable to your visitors, e.g., GDPR)
Where required, our basis for processing contact-form information is your consent (given via the form’s consent checkbox) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services. [Confirm applicability and wording with counsel.]
7. Retention
We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or archive it in line with our internal practices. [State a concrete period with counsel, e.g. “[N] months.”] Our transactional email provider retains message data according to its own policy for a limited period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at legal@eridyne.com. [Confirm the specific rights and response timelines with counsel.]
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in [COUNTRIES/REGIONS]. Where required, appropriate safeguards are in place. [Confirm with counsel based on your providers and audience.]
10. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
