1. Overview

This policy explains what personal information Eridyne (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide via the contact form. If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, company, and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or build profiles. We do not operate a database of website submissions. Your contact-form message reaches us as an email (see “How your submission is handled”).

3. How your submission is handled

When you submit the contact form: - A bot-verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile) confirms the submission is from a person. It uses only the signals necessary for that purpose and does not track you across sites. - A server function verifies that check and forwards your submission to us by email via a transactional email provider. We do not store the submission in a database.

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and deliver your message: - Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this site, provides security (including the bot-verification check on the contact form and protection against automated abuse), and supplies our cookieless traffic measurement. In doing so it may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. - Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers your contact-form submission to us by email, and processes the contents of that submission for the time needed to deliver it and for the limited period its own policy specifies.

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function, and neither is permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, to understand aggregate traffic such as page views and general location. It sets no cookies, does not use any client-side state to identify you, and does not follow you across other sites. See the Cookie Notice for details.

Where required, our basis for processing contact-form information is your consent (given via the form’s consent checkbox) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services.

7. Retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. If a conversation becomes an ongoing business relationship, the records of that relationship are kept separately and for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require. Our transactional email provider retains message data according to its own policy for a limited period.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at legal@eridyne.com.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information you send us is processed there. Our providers operate global networks, so technical data such as an IP address may be handled at whichever location is nearest to you before reaching us. Where a transfer out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area requires a safeguard, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
