Decades of operating knowledge sit in repair records, procedures, manuals, and the recall of people close to retirement. Eridyne reads that record and draws recommendations from it with a citation back to the document each one came from, so an operator can check a recommendation instead of having to trust it.

Why a model and not a set of tools

A point tool is finished the day it is installed. A world model is not. Every part of the operation the model takes in sharpens the judgments it makes about the rest: maintenance timing improves because the model understands market exposure, and market exposure improves because the model understands what is likely to be unavailable. That compounding is the reason to build this as a platform, and it is the part a collection of separate tools cannot reproduce.
